महिलाओं को केरल के सबरीमाला मंदिर में प्रवेश और पूजा करने का संवैधानिक अधिकार

केरल के सबरीमाला मंदिर में पुरुषों की तरह महिलाओं को भी प्रवेश करने और प्रार्थना करने का संवैधानिक अधिकार है। बुधवार को इस मामले की सुनवाई करते हुए चीफ जस्टिस दीपक मिश्रा की अध्यक्षता वाली पांच जजों की संविधान पीठ ने कहा कि अगर पुरुष सबरीमाला मंदिर में अंदर जा सकते हैं तो महिलाएं भी वहां जा सकती हैं।

संविधान पीठ 10 से 50 साल उम्र की महिलाओं के सबरीमाला मंदिर में प्रवेश पर पाबंदी के खिलाफ दायर एक याचिका पर सुनवाई कर रही है। इस मामले में सुनवाई पूरी नहीं हुई और बृहस्पतिवार को भी जारी रहेगी।

अदालत ने कहा कि सबरीमाला मंदिर में महिलाओं के प्रवेश के बारे में कोई कानून नहीं होने के बावजूद इस मामले में उनके साथ भेदभाव नहीं किया जा सकता है। मंदिर में प्रवेश के अधिकार के लिए किसी कानून की जरूरत नहीं है। यह कानून पर निर्भर नहीं है। यह संवैधानिक अधिकार है।

Maulana arrested from Zee Media's office after a complaint by media house. Maulana Qasmi was explaining about Talaq-e-bidat. 

Farah faiz had said in debate that triple talaq is not a form of divorce  in islam.

Farah Faiz, who runs an NGO Muslim Women’s Quest for Equality in Uttar Pradesh, is also national president (honorary) of the RSS-associated Rashtrawadi Muslim Mahila Sangh.

This is the reason so Faiz slapped to Maulana Qasmi after that Maulana Qasmi slapped to Farah Faiz. she's angree once Maulana explain the Talaq-E-Bidat as per Quraan.
